Cancelling an order
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We can cancel orders that have not yet been dispatched. Once an order is in transit, it must follow the return process.
Returns
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, products must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
